"When we arrived at 10:00 p.m., there was a power outage affecting 40,000 customers in Halifax! The front desk staff were very apologetic, but it wasn't their fault. With a flashlight, they took us to our room and made sure we didn't need anything. We were, however, very disappointed with the breakfast set up. "Beautiful location, very friendly and helpful staff. Lyn, at the front desk helped me with my luggage and even set the tv up for me so I wouldn’t miss the World Cup. Delicious breakfast of scrambled eggs and smoked salmon. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The king size bed was uncomfortable as both sides and the centre felt different. On the right side you roll off the bed. You can hear all the doors close in the hallway. Very loud."

"This hotel was extremely maintained, clean and friendly staff. Denny’s and one bar is attached to the hotel. Tim’s, A&W and a gas station is a 2 min walk from the hotel. Lots of things to do or places to dine in only a short drive away. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"The property was located in a more industrial area. It is a dated property that needs some updates desperately. The room smelled musty and of smoke. The room was humid and the sheets and floor felt damp. The air conditioning didn’t work. I do not recommend this property"

"This was an amazing property had everything we needed. Loved the adult swim from 10-11pm and a full kitchen. The only thing is to see most attractions around the Halifax area you need to rent a car."
