"Property is closed (new owner) and should not be listed anywhere. I booked and paid 100% on Expedia. Got to hotel, office was under construction and had to find the temp office out back with a note on the door with a number to call. Guy was nice and informed me property had new owners. Now I'm waiting on Expedia to work out refund after I drove another hour to another hotel."

"Staff was excellent. Hostess went out of way to call us the day before arrival to inform us of a broken elevator. We had a lot of HEAVY luggage and she endured us that our room would be on the ground floor and it WAS. VERY SATISFIED. We are Choice hotel platinum members but are now considering switching to Holiday Inn hotels for our future stays. "

"The bathroom and floor needed more attention by the cleaning staff. The beds were comfortable and seemed clean. The air conditioning worked fine. We were without hot water for about 24 hours but they did finally get it fixed. The pool and gym looked clean and well maintained but we didn’t use them. The laundry room was small and always in use. The maid took our towels and trash one day, but hadn’t restocked by 3:30 pm, which was inconvenient."
