"Our room was not suitable for two adults. Only one bedside table and only one seat. The placement of the plugs in the room was ludicrous, on the headboard of the bed! Window handles were too high so could not open or lock the windows! Room was very outdated and had very thin walls! Dinner was very disappointing, i was really looking forward to it but you had one choice for a starter, 3 choices for a main and a few choices for dessert, without any accompaniments like cream or ice cream. "Location was absolutely perfect. Even it’s almost on the grounds of airport, you can’t hear anything while inside of the room. Staff were very helpful. And it helped that breakfast was on the side. Literally 9-10 min to airport terminal. Would stay there again."

"Placed in a room on arrival then had to move as another couple walked into ‘my’ room to be told they had actually gave me wrong room. Had to go reception move to another room which was much smaller. Not safe for solo travellers the security with the keys is questionable"

"Visited on Monday 15 June. No staff to check in, just a door bell to security they then let you in to get your key from a key safe inside. No dinner or bar on Monday nights so went to the pub over the road. Double Room petite and bijou but adequate. Left before breakfast so did not speak to any staff during our stay!!!! On our previous visit we did have a very nice breakfast. Recommend it but don’t expect to be pampered, more like an Air B&B at least on a Monday or Tuesday."

"I really liked this hotel. It was quiet and the bed was super comfortable. I had an amazing night’s sleep! The staff were very helpful, if I had any queries, and the breakfast was delicious. My only complaint was that the lock didn’t work on my room door. I flagged it at the desk, when I left after my one night stay, and they said they’d get onto it."

"Staff member Gabriel was amazing on the night shift! We had just come back from Wembley and with the trains being delayed the food we had ordered arrived at the hotel before we did! However, when we did arrive, Gabriel had accepted the order for us, kept it safe and provided us with some ice so we could have cold water to drink given it was a hot night. We are so grateful to Gabriel and his help, he is a testament to your hotel."

"The room was clean & the breakfast was very good. But we were in the annexe which is a long walk from the reception. When I asked where the room was, the person at reception just waved vaguely to the right & said ‘it’s down there’. My husband & I are mobile & fine with walking, but we were hauling our suitcases a long way, so be warned of that. There is extra parking there, but we weren’t made aware of that. "Good spa, nice breakfast with a decent selection. The hotel has easy parking and check in was good. They weren’t able to manage a 30 minute extension on the room which was disappointing. The food and service in the bar was excellent."
