"I don't know where to begin, but this is the nicest hotel we have enjoyed in Jerusalem. The staff was incredible. The room is modern, comfortable and relaxing. "We had reservations for long time yet our first room AC did Not work Was only cold air The upset was when we called them to change the room we're trying to "convince us" was working They sent 2 man to repair it More than 30 min later and 3 more maintenance men could not solve it so I called and ask for manager she was super nice and finally we got a new room"
