"Pool area was clean but there are some hazards like broken concrete Property itself needs to be maintained place almost looks abandoned Rooms need updating specially in the restroom area and room itself Beds were comfortable and linen was clean Breakfast was not what I expected they had cereal and waffles, juice was literally nothing but water also the butter cup for the waffles were dry."

"We booked a Premier, 1 bedroom 2 bed suite. Although it appeared to be recently renovated, the designer had no experience in hotel design. All overhead lighting had been removed. You had to cross a dark room to get to a lamp. Very large Bedroom had only 2 small sconces next to the bed. Bathroom had no towel bars to hang wet towels on. Shower only had rainshower fixture making it impossible to shower without getting your hair wet. No instructions on how to operate tvs. Even employee couldn't figure out how to get ABC, NBC or CBS channels. Free appetizer coupons were given to Texas Roadhouse upon check-in, but front desk attendant had never been and couldn't give directions. Finally ran across restaurant by accident and they were wonderful. Breakfast was the best part of the whole stay. Would not recommend."

"When I arrived, the furniture was dated and stained. I also found several large dead roaches. To make matters worse, when I lifted the toilet seat, I discovered a live tarantula in the bowl, and the toilet appeared to have been neglected for years. I definitely cannot recommend this place, and I'm still waiting for my refund."

"This hotel was clean and very convenient to everything. Stores and restaurants were at walking distance. The hotel was clean. Unfortunately, they don't have the most comfortable mattresses and the pillows were uncomfortable. However, the staff/management was very friendly and tried to be accommodating. He brought new pillows to our room right away which I was very grateful for. I appreciated how accommodating he was and made my stay there a bit more comfortable. Additionally, he brought up a new shower curtain and replaced it immediately when I mentioned it had mold at the bottom."

"The first and 4th impression I got from the hotel was the cats. They're obviously being fed by staff and have free roam to the lobby and hallways with the male staff shooing them away. The first morning at breakfast one cast was walking amongst the tables, but not begging only watching us humans eat. Breakfast was excellent with daily variety. My first having a Continental breakfast with beans and tortillas. When in Rome! Nonetheless, the hotel room was excellent, roomy and clean with the exception of the ice bucket. It has cat/dog hair in it obviously used to give them water. A quick rinse, covered with plastic bag and I could get ice for my cocktails. Option to have room cleaned daily must be proclaimed at check-in otherwise they will not enter the room. I'm okay with that option. The staff was polite and helpful even though I didn't need much. There is plenty of parking and the pool looked clean from afar. I highly recommend this hotel"
