"We stayed in a large studio and were really impressed with the size compared to a lot of other properties in London. Very clean with everything you need (apart from decaf coffee!) We arrived a few hours before check-in to see if we could leave our bags and the room was already available which was a bonus. Very friendly, helpful staff. Great location 2 mins from the tube. Would definitely stay again."

Nach Beschwerde gab es ein weiteres Zimmer für 2 Personen den Gang runter. Mit 2 Kindern 11 und 8 J nicht akzeptabel. Das Buchungssystem funktionierte nicht und man wusste auch nicht das wir anreisen. Eine Info vor unserer Reise, das die gebuchte Unterkunft nicht verfügbar ist, gab es leider nicht. "Clean room and staff was respectful…. All stuff left in the room was never touched and always had clean towels. Kitchen is good but the mini fridge seemed to not cool properly. We cooked everyday no issues at all and had many multiple shops around. We were a family of 5 and had more than enough room for luggage and to sleep comfortably since we had 3 beds."

"Only complaint was that the shower leaked into the whole bathroom. Wall/door not properly sealed. Had to ask for extra towels to dry it up. Other than that very nice place"
