"Property is on the South side of Royal Victoria Dock. It should be a ten minute walk to Custom House Elizabeth Line / DLR station but no. To get there you have to use the RVD Footbridge which has broken lifts, 8 flights of stairs up, 8 flights down. If you want to just walk with luggage - don't.
