"This is our first time to stay at The Royal Horseguards Hotel in London. Fabulous is the word that describes everything about this hotel. The location is superb, amenities made our stay extremely comfortable, and the staff saw to every detail.
Perez was the perfect first impression for this hotel. The minute we arrived, we were treated like royalty. Everyone at the front desk and concierge were so accommodating. We received a behind the scenes history tour of this hotel. Javier showed us all the details of this historic hotel.
The items in our hotel refrigerator were complimentary and restocked every day. Our room was cleaned and bed made every day. There were heated floors in the bathroom, along with a heated towel rack.
We were walking distance to so many landmarks. The only location where we needed a cab or tube was the Tower of London and Tower Bridge.
I will say that the garden rooms are beautiful. You really do not need a view of the London Eye. We did have dinner here one night, and it was delicious. We also had afternoon tea and it was wonderful. Our future trips to London will always include this hotel. We have been spoiled and cannot stay anywhere else!!"
