"Where do we begin? We arrived to celebrate our 18th wedding anniversary..a quick weekend trip . We were in line to check in for about 15 mins. We were not greeted, just a hand raised...."Next" said the not so pleasant lady behind the counter. Tried to engage in conversation "ID" please..was all she said. I said we are excited to be here to celebrate our big 18 wedding anniversary.
