The first room we were assigned was absolutely filthy! Dirty, dusty…when pulling the shade down, exposed to black mold all along the side of the shade, and the bathroom molding/shower -moldy! Complained to front desk immediately. We were assigned to another room which was way cleaner, but to only be awakened during the night several times by RUDE LOUD DISRESPECTFUL YELLING PEOPLE in the next room. Totally unacceptable! Again front desk handled it. Always check your room before settling in!

I liked that on the Hilton app you can choose what floor your room is on. When we arrived at 9:40 pm and went to shower there was black hairs all on the shower floor. We had to run water until we got all the unknown hairs out of the bathroom. It was too late to start to get a new room as our stay was short. The rooms are also not very insulated. We woke up a few times to random loud noises. It was convenient for our visit to Hershey but would probably try a new hotel when if we go back to the parks. Breakfast was okay.

The hotel was a great place to stay except the room we were in 221 was so noisy with a diesel engine type of sound all night long which made it hard to sleep. There are some sort of vent pipes coming up the wall right under the window which are noisy all night long. Staff wouldn't or couldn't do anything about it. Making it 3 days of little sleep.
