The room had an upgraded bed mattress and linens but the pillows were tiny. This hotel appears to be trying to be higher-ed but you can't put one little shampoo packet if you want customers highly satisfied. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room but black spots in the tub area should be eliminated - not sure if it was mold or not. And finally, I would have been a return patron if it wasn't for the surprise parking fee! Get rid of that because it ruined my whole check-in. "
