"Very spacious condo. Outdoor pools are heated, although the one that was close to us wasn’t heated yet because they were waiting on a part. Not a big deal because I didn’t know if the outdoor pools would even be open yet in late March/early April.
They asked me to do a presentation but I declined and no one called me and bothered me about it. They didn’t give me any info about what the presentation was even about. I know it had to do with timeshare stuff but if they are asking you to attend something they should give you info on what it entails, not just try and bribe you into sitting through it."

"This place was really nice. I had no complaints about the room. It was amazing. What was so disappointing is booking with a resort with no amenities or food services. It’s really a glorified hotel. "
"Convenience is strong at the location affordable is strong for larger families pool is cute parking easy location easy nice environment relaxing friendliness I had to work for from front desk when approaching the front desk to check in I stood there for aboit 3 to 4 minutes with one other guests and the lady with glasses making a drink I eventually after 3 minutes of not interaction said hello and asked if we check in at this location she finally spoke! Phone reservations is something I will FOREVER avoid if i book with this hotel! "
"Our room was clean and well appointed. A full kitchen was available for our use along with cooking and eating utensils. A washer, dryer and dishwasher as well as some cleaning supplies were also at hand. The bed was quite comfy. The room was also supplied with extra blanket and pillows as well. The resort amenities and activities were plentiful. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The lady at the front desk welcomed us to the resort and had things ready when we arrived. She stated, and I believe her, that she saw us arrive and began the check in process. I was impressed!
The indoor and outdoor pools were clean and appeared to be well maintained. The were only a few drawbacks, other than having to leave the resort. Getting onto the property was a bit challenging. The property is situated inside a gated community along with condos and private homes. There are separate gates for guests and residence. The kiosk at the entrance was a little bit of a hassle, but, once figured out, not too bad. The signage was limited to the head of the road right off the main road. No other signs were noted until arriving at the Westgate resort. Just stay on the road and no turning on side streets. The other drawback is the distance required to find a restaurant. But, if you bring your own, just stock the fridge. One more thing… the sofa bed. Our young one slept on it. After making the bed, I tried it. Bed was very uncomfortable. Ok for kids I guess. We would stay here again"
