Stayed 2 nights but had no housekeeping services. We were out all day and by the time we got back to hotel it was too late. Upon checking out reception told us it has to be requested and we should have been told that when checking in. No one told us. Very disappointing to say the least

The breakfast was very disappointing. We've stayed at Hyatt Place's prior, and the breakfast was fine (and included with the stay). Breakfast was an add on charge for this hotel, so we were expecting something premium, and received less than we had from the other stays . Unseasoned potatoes, bland ...

We have stayed in this hotel before but this room was worse than the others. The bathroom needs repainting and it had mold spots on the walls. Just wasn't as well maintained as the others. Breakfast is your typical hotel "free" breakfast. Nothing special. Staff is always friendly.
