"Absolutely lovely. Booked through Expedia. Upon arrival we were expected & welcomed by the host. The place was family run and everyone we encountered was brilliant, all working together & multitasking, like a well oiled machine. We stopped in room 12 on the 1st floor, it even had a little balcony with astro turf, table & chairs to allow us to sit out and watch the sunset over the trees in the distance. "0 stars if possible very rude host when asked when I will receive my deposit the host rudely told me to read the policy on the booking which states deposit is returned within 7 working days after checking out well it’s been over 2 weeks and the host excuse is they’re “busy with other customers” very very poor service and it might as well be a scam"

"So this was booked as a deluxe appt with large balcony. Turned up to find the whole building in scaffolding getting the cladding done, no access to small balcony, fridge needs defrosting, external glazing dirty and still with plastic wrapping, laundry being tied in one of the storage areas. No response from complaint. Cigarette burn on bedding"
