"Great location. Walking distance to everything. Vanessa who checked us in went above the normal process. We were able to check in early as we were members of ACR. Kitchenette only had 2 of everything. Had to wash dishes every day. That was a little disappointing. Bed was very comfortable. Would recommend this place to others."

"Breakfast was fine-be aware that they provide boiled eggs and cold cuts. The pastries are freshly baked. Good selection of cold cereals, breads, etc. Nice start to the day! Breakfast staff are friendly. Suite was very nice with well stocked kitchenette, two nice tv’s. Also had a washing machine. I had booked a ground level suite which is not the first floor-it is the lower level (stairs/elevator)"

"Staff were helpful. Beds are small for a couple, and uncomfortable. The courtyard is used for smoking, which is unpleasant when getting one of the lifts. Kitchen facilities are reasonable. WiFi is decent for work or streaming."

"So….we had booked elsewhere originally but that booking was cancelled due to fire, so Expedia rebooked us here. And they paid the additional charges. (Of course I was expecting something fancier) The location, is great….you are within walking distance of lots of things, tube is 5 mins away. The place itself….a complete let down. The two things we absolutely wanted were kitchen and washer/dryer. Yes we had them, except, washer did not work, couldn’t get the latch to close - called...

"great location, spacious rooms, lots of restaurants/bars minutes away. Only issue is the lift is out of service pending a new one, if you have heavy bags could be a problem although the staff were very helpful and aided me with carrying the bags with me up the stairs. Friendly service. Would stay again"

"The place opened up a year ago. Easy to get to on the tube from Heathrow Airport on the Picadilly line. My six nights stay was a delight. The studio offers a homey experience. It is a pleasure to read or listen to the music and the common space by the reception which is nicely decorated. and feels like a living room. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming."

"Everything was great. Easy check in. Lot's of cafés etc...close by. Only feedback is you can hear above ground train squealing by but not a deal breaker. For the price I would return again. AC and shower pressire amazing."
