We paid for a late check out and went to the store came back and front desk was harassing me about my pet said we need to pay the pet fee of $75. I advised he was a service animal and she continued to be rude asking what service he could provide. I chose not to argue and advised the bentos he contacting the manager. "

"Air conditioner wasn't working making our room 75 degrees. Exhaust fan in bathroom never worked. Hotel had a musty smell or cigarette smell. Washer and Dryer are so old that that they barely did the job. Dryer was the worse. Always had to go ask for towels and toilet paper. Garbage was not taken one day. Just plain out disgusting hotel."
