"The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The building is beautiful and attractive. I last stayed there in 1976 and it has changed a lot. The rooms are now all en-suite, which wasn't the case 49 years ago. The room in which I stayed was fantastically quiet and the bathroom was beautiful! "The hotel is an old, historic building with the rooms above the pub. It’s noisy until the pub closes each night, but we knew that going in, so it didn’t bother us. The staff employees were awesome! The room was clean and comfortable. The food was good. The location is great. There’s a bus stop close by that takes you to Heathrow to get on the Tube. "
