"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We were in town for a wedding about two hours north of NYC, but wanted to stay close to the airport for the convenience of getting back and forth. The area around the hotel is busy and safe, so we felt comfortable walking around at all hours. Check-in was fast and easy and our room was clean and comfortable. "What a wonderful hotel to arrive to after a 6 hour flight. Albert was excellent checking us into our room placing us away from any possible. Ouse. The bed was heaven as was the shower. The decor is calming and the rooms are quiet. There is an outside terrace on the second floor. The Busy Bee is a local eatery and has coffee, smoothies, fresh made food and pastries. For flights to and from LGA or JFK, there is an hourly shuttle. I plan to stay again on future flights to and from NY airports."

"The rooms were decent, it was just inconvenient that in order to get your room cleaned daily you’d have to let the staff know and even if you left the sign on, your room wouldn’t be cleaned. I let the staff know and my room was not cleaned, so the cleanliness wasn’t all there but it does have a hidden gym, small fish pool area, even massage chairs and a big laundry mat within the hotel which was very convenient. "Floors were filthy. Maid service changed sheets first night but didn’t replenish coffee. No hair dryer. Outlet in bathroom didn’t work. Not enough outlets near bed for chargers etc. perhaps you cater to a different crowd, based on signs in lobby. We requested no service by taping a do not disturb sign on our door. Value was good - we only needed a place to sleep."
