"The hotel was very clean, decorated well and smelled wonderful! The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The shower had a waterfall and regular shower head, which was relaxing. All toiletries provided in pumps were good quality. Nice view of the mountains from our balcony. Restaurants, mountain activities, train station and shops are within a couple of miles of the hotel. And staff were friendly! The only reason for a good review and not an excellent review was after I was charged for my rooms there was an unexpected hold of the room charge again plus $100 for each room. Most hotels it’s just the incidental hold so I was surprised to see such a large amount from my account the next morning. The money was released without issue after check-out. We would still stay again knowing this now but It would be awful for a younger couple who didn’t expect a larger amount help and it keep them from enjoying their stay due to funds."
