"The room was not properly cleaned when we checked in. We reported the issue to the front desk, but instead of sending housekeeping, we were surprisingly handed a broom and dustpan and asked to clean it ourselves. I've stayed at many hotels over the years, and this was the first time I've experienced something like that. It was quite disappointing and not what I would expect from any hotel.
On the positive side, the property appears to be fairly new. However, the amenities were below...

"rooms were decent size, balcony was a nice touch. bed pretty comfy. pool itself was nice, water temperature was good, area around pool was messy, food plates left on tables, tables dirty. on top of your room rate, breakfast was 22 bucks a person and 17 bucks a night to park your car. location was good, close to I25 and places to eat close by. seems like they nickel and dime you with the extras but maybe most places do that these days...."

"You can’t put trendy paint colors and crap carpet on an old hotel and make it to what a Hilton should be. The staff was not helpful, wouldn’t even drop off sheets for the pullout to our room. There was plenty of staff, (three on our floor alone). The parking in the back of hotel was dimly lit and not trustworthy. There was ZERO soundproofing between floors. Do not recommend."

"This was a sub par experience. Issues with the key working for the door to the room.
I was charged $10.95 to park my vehicle in their parking lot for the night. Ridiculous!
Bed was not comfortable, they had 4 pillows the size of a throw pillow for your head, you turned over and your head was off the pillow.
Would avoid staying here."
