"Upon arrival, the night staff was not very friendly, unlike the morning staff. There are signs posted that the fire alarm system does not work. We should have left then. After we checked in, we walked past where the breakfast would have been served to see signs that they are remodeling. I wish we would have know that, we would have chose another place. However, the rooms have a full fridge, microwave, 4 set plates, bowls, cups, and silverware, and a small countertop stove. Stores and restaurants are about 3 minutes away. The room seemed clean, but we found 2 long pieces of hairs. Maybe it was from the housekeeping. We did not use the outside area. Another plus was free washer and dryer. That is a nice touch. The AC worked well and thr area was quiet. Overall a 3/5 star stay."

"The staff were friendly and they were very nice to my dogs. The room however was not very well taken care of. The beds were nice and clean but the furniture was cracking and damaged, the tub spout was leaking and spraying water and the bathroom was just dirty. "

"We tried checking in after 3 PM but had to wait for a room to be cleaned. The room was clean enough but the rest of the building had dirty floors. The pool and hot tub were extremely dirty there was a film on the water and there was hair and other debris floating around. "

"There were roaches in the room they put us in. I took a video and pictures and went down to the front desk to check out. The desk clerk kept trying to convince me that he could put us in another room and we'd be fine. I told him no, there are roaches, period. I booked through a third party so of course, there was nothing he could do there at the hotel to refund the charges. I DO NOT recommend this place. We were met with illegal questions regarding our Service Animal and live roaches."

"The hotel was being remodeled, but our room was very nice and quiet, faraway from where they were working. It looked like it was going to be very nice when they get it completed, which looks to be fairly soon. "

"This property is in terrible condition. Furniture, including a stained mattress was sitting outside of various rooms. The check in staff was borderline rude as if she’d been interrupted. Our room door was not just unlocked it was open. Would never stay here again or recommend. "
