"If you just need a bed to sleep in this was the place, other than that, NO! Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. My first room had a broken bed so I was upgraded to a balcony view of a parking lot. lol Staff not overly friendly, carpets stained, bath tub not draining. "

"I have requested a refund still have not received it we did not stay the night there was a horrible smell of pot coming from the hotel the roof above the entrance was covered in broken materials plastic pieces what looked to be like somebody shove something out of a window the ice maker didn't work it was terrible I have requested a refund from Expedia I still have not heard anything so far I am very very displeased in both the app and the condition of the property"

"The parking lot wasn’t well cleared of snow and ice.The fitness center is a joke. The treadmill was broken and the recumbent bike was so unstable I thought I would fall over. No complimentary breakfast. The towels were so thin and small, I thought the bath towel was a hand towel. If you’re bigger than a size 6 it might not wrap around you. Staff was friendly and the restaurant is decent. You will find the same foul mouthed regulars drinking at the bar nightly though. "

"Room was clean and staff was friendly.. booked two queen beds but they had overbooked and we ended up with one king bed. Luckily the room had a pull out couch. Staff brought us extra bedding and pillows which was nice"

"This is a very clean Hotel. The staff is very helpful. The Breakfast that was hot daily consisted of sausage and eggs every day. The cook refilling the food seemed to only put a minimal amount out at a time making long waits. The cook was kind but I believe was not allowed to keep the food warmers full consistently. Pool was pretty busy, which also made it oily. It is a very small pool. The hot tub was open and hot but the jets were not working. Overall a nice hotel. It is our 3rd time...

"If you just go for a night and need a well-priced hotel to stay this is a good pick! The rooms are clean and it’s fine for a night. We stayed three nights and would not do that again. It is SO noisy, we woke up several times a night from people walking and talking past our room. The breakfast is also quite sad. No peanut butter or jam and the coffee was not good. "

"We just returned from staying at this hotel and we loved it. The hotel is very modern and chic and very clean. The hotel was very crowded but oddly enough, we never heard a peep when in our room. I will say there was only one desk clerk and we had to wait about 10 minutes just to check in. There seemed to be a large group with a kid's basketball team that were all checking in around the same time. It would have helped to have had another clerk though. All in all, I would highly recommend this...

"the place was amazing staff was good but there was a creep that was right across the hall from us police did up end coming and taking him out. he was leaving notes to us and at out door on one knee ?!??! and leaving notes about 9ape and safe words. and then his explanation was that the age of consent is 16… i’m 22 but i was very uncomfortable and had an anxiety and asthma attack that night."

"There were some definite signs that the hotel was struggling… low staff, broken and damaged fixtures throughout the hotel. It wasn’t a horrible stay, the room was clean and the staff were friendly but things like holes in the towels, no soap in the dispensers in the bathroom and other small things made it a little less pleasant."

"I checked into my room, noticed immediately that the covers were dirty had stains on them. The curtains to the room were broken half down stains on them. The bathroom was very filthy. Had to go in wipe down the toilet and the sink stains all over the sitting area chairs, and I also took pictures. It was a very unpleasant day was very unsatisfied, and the staff was not accommodating to the situation."
