"We stayed here for 2 nights in the height of August - 3 of us in a family room (2 single beds downstairs and 2 on an upstairs mezzanine). There is no air conditioning but there were 2 fans, which were adequate. The room is very clean and very convenient for walking to the bus stop (which is free with a card from the accommodation) and only 10 mins walk from the railway station. Not a cheap place to stay - but nowhere is in Interlaken. Breakfast costs 25 Swiss Francs per person (which we did not...
"Everything about this hotel was perfect. Location, service, room and view, view, VIEW! We would 1000% stay here again. Varena at the front desk was so kind and helpful, and the gentleman at the hotel restaurant in the mornings was so kind and hospitable. We don’t leave reviews often but this was an A+ stay for us. "

"I’m very impressed and satisfied with my stay . The hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from the train station. The decorations and design is so vintage and I remembered some of the old pots and pans and iron displayed all over the lobby . The front desk staff were helpful and always smiling . The room was so cozy and clean . I had the beautiful view of the mountain and water . The breakfast buffet was awesome and delicious ! The servers were all accommodating , friendly , smiling , courteous....
"The best way to describe this hotel is: straight out of a fairytale! The view from literally anywhere you look are absolutely spectacular. The hotel is 150 years old but they have done an outstanding job at conserving it authentic and classic look but with some modern and classic touches for comfort. "Hotel Murren was without a doubt the best hotel experience my wife and I have ever encountered. We booked the Senior Lux Suite with the hot tub and couldn't be happier.
