"Fantastic property with very friendly staff. We decided to stay here instead of a ‘luxury desert camp’ because there were so many with similar names. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast by Ismail was varied and tasty. The hotel also arranges camel and quad bikes for the lowest prices we could find so we didn’t haggle. Its best to book these activities though the hotel for a hassle free experience as these activities are next to the hotel. Thanks for an amazing stay. "

"I have never feared for my life before anywhere I have stayed. But simply put this organization should not be allowed to Soul through hotels.com. it is not even a hotel. Is one guy who has a loose organization and has hired some local barbers to run a desert camp. Communication was initially good with Hami. "The staff are beyond friendly. We enjoyed our fireside riddles and laughed a lot with some of the staff. Our camel ride out to the camp with guide Mohammed was stellar. There was a stop for the sunset and some local berbere men shared their sand board with us so we could play on the dunes. The only thing I'd change about the entire experience is the dinner.
