The pool was lovely, very basic accommodation and rooms need cosmetic update, stained carpet and very budget kitchen utilities. Ants all around in the kitchen at night. The bed was comfortable and the private outdoor area was nice.

The room was big and spacious and enough space for a family of five. Kitchen was stocked with utensils, pots and pans for simple cooking during our stay there. It was summer and the weather was hot. The air con didn't reach the top level so it was very hot even during the night. Would be nice if a fan could be provided. There was some stains on the beddings so cleaning can be improved but otherwise our family had a great stay.

It had a lot of space which made it easy for a wheelchair to get around. The walk in shower was awesome. The water drained away and didnt go everywhere when you had a shower. Also the bed wasnt too high so it made it easy for someone in a wheelchair to get on the bed. Definitely recommend.

A good sized unit for a large group, but is getting worn. Needs refurbishing. Still tidy and relatively clean but elements of worn carpet, lifting bathroom fixtures. Certainty not a 4 star quality

Wet black dust on the ranch sliders, Bathroom needed some love, tacks in the carpet hidden by a mat over it, internet to slow, the heat pump remote would work properly, skirting boards needed dusting. The bed was comfy and the linen was nice. Would not stay here again.

A good night's rest

Initial concern that for size of complex and time of year that there didn't appear to be that many guests. However room was clean and cool (30 deg) day. Best night's sleep all week. Probably a little overpriced.

Finding the individual unit not a problem. A little unusual how I was rather left to my own devices rather than ushered to unit. But I had no problem. Person on front desk polite and well mannered.

Room was over-priced for what we got. Air bath didn't work. We told staff but no response given. Bad smell in bathroom. Broken parts on bathroom walls. Smoke butts left in tray in courtyard. Courtyard overgrown and unkempt. Outdoor furniture stained with mould. Mould stains on mattress protector. Sign in rooms asks you to do your dishes on leaving which makes me wonder if they are checked for cleanliness. Freezer compartment iced up. Comfortable beds and good shower pressure.
