"Rooms were clean, spacious, and updated. Bathroom was big and toilet is separate from the sink and shower. Staff was friendly and we saw them cleaning around the building everyday. The heated pool and indoor hot tub were great at the end of the day. The outdoor hot tub, pool, and firepit were nice for relaxing as well. The pools/hot tubs are open late, so a great way to wind down after exploring all day. The complimentary lemonade through out the day is delicious! I would definitely stay here...

"This hotel was in a great location!! It’s across the street from Tanger and you can walk to dinner at the many restaurants located near by. There is even a aranch practically next door with activities for the kids. The NASCAR track is across the street. As well as. My first turn to the area and if u visit again I would stay there"

"Really happy with our stay. The room was clean, in great shape and comfortable. The only issue is it seems like there was and issue with someone whose vehicle was too large to go under the pass to the rear parking lot and damaged the ceiling area other than that everything was perfect, and the location was great it was easy to get out and go to either side of the main highway and lots of restaurants and entertainment in close proximity. Highly recommend this location"

"Loved all the extra touches Arbors offer their guests. From breakfast vouchers for a free stack of pancakes and a drink across the street for everyone every morning your there. The never ending Krispy cream donuts. Their slushy machines, coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate machines, as well as their tea, lemonade, or cider machine. Fruit available also. They provide pool toys for the pool. They have a large hottub and both are clean and well maintained. They provide stuff to make s'more in the...

"Pros: The Green River Trail was easy to access for walking to the Island, bypassing traffic. The 24 hr pool and hot tub was nice. Easy access to main area attractions. The trolley to Gatlinburg was very convenient. Cons: the fitness center opening hours are too late. Opens at 6. 4 AM or 5 AM would be better so you could get started doing the activities around the area."

"The hotel is in a great location along the Parkway and just off Teaser which is very useful. The breakfast was good and there are plenty of tables in the dining area. We wish the gym access was earlier than 9am—6am or 7am is a better time for exercising while on vacation."

Staff is friendly. Breakfast was fine but also budget friendly and functional. My main issue was housekeeping. I stayed for 6 days and when I left there were still several coffee cups from days prior. The floor when I arrived was dirty - featuring a fake fingernail in between the beds. It was still there...
