"Excellent stay! The property was exceptionally clean, safe, and well-maintained. I’ve stayed in several places in Boca Chica, and this is one of the best. The beach is only 5 minutes away, and there are great food options nearby. Kelvin was friendly and communicative from the start, and the staff was very helpful, especially the security team. I highly recommend this property—100% trustworthy, and I would definitely stay here again."

"Checking-In was good. Apartment was cleaned upon arriving, however we had to wait past the 4pm check-in. The apartment needs to be renovated. Kitchen and bathrooms. The AC went off at 2am and it got insanely hot. Our family of 7 all woke up. Only bedroom AC's (3) were on. Our last day in the afternoon the AC went of while we were cooking lunch.
