"Un accueil parfait et souriant, notre bus est arrivé très très en avance et malgré cela nous avons été accueilli comme des rois avec le petit déjeuner offert ainsi qu’un thé pour nous réchauffer. On nous a même prêté une chambre pour nous reposer en attendant que notre bungalow soit prêt. Les petits déjeuners sont très bons. L’hôtel est très bien situé tout est accessible en vélo. "It is a beautiful NEW resort with VERY friendly staff in a great location in beautiful Nihn Binh. Because it is fairly new there are some things that with time will get improved. We had 4 rooms and for some reason one room wasn't cleaned - we asked that they at least take out the bin with dirty toilet paper while we went out to dinner but it wasn't done. When coming back from dinner the lights to our area wasn't turned on and I stubbed my toe on the step. Would love if the restaurant would serve wine by the glass - think it will happen as the place gets busier. Would love a mirror on both walls in the bathroom, on the "outlet" wall. So happy we stayed here though and staff could not be nicer and resort more serene. "
