"Wir waren zum vierten Mal im Bülow Palais in Dresden. Leider war es sehr warm im Zimmer, da die Klimaanlage ausgefallen war und die Heizung lief. Die Mitarbeiter im Service waren sehr unerfahren, aber sehr freundlich. Außerdem ist der Geräuschpegel von außen sehr laut."

"Overall, our stay was good, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The lobby staff were not very friendly and did not seem very patient with international guests who, like me, were unfamiliar with the area and needed some guidance. A little more kindness and understanding would make a big difference.
The air conditioning in our suite was not strong enough for such a large room, making it less comfortable than expected.
The breakfast was also quite expensive for what was offered....

"De ligging van het hotel was prima in de Altstadt, met restaurants en winkeltjes op loopafstand. We hadden kamer 502, met daardoor zicht op de zwing. Alle bezienswaardigheden op zeer korte afstand.
Het ontbijt was fenomenaal, er ontbrak helemaal niets, en kon worden genuttigd op het dakterras."
