"nous passons régulièrement dans votre établissement. et cette fois ci j’ai demandé à être placé en réa de chaussée. très bon accueil et à l’écoute. nous avons été placés chambre 15. la chambre et la salle de bain propre, mes les canalisations doivent avoir un sérieux problème, car des remontées par la douche ont été très désagréable. c’est dommage. "Nous venons chaque année lors de notre retour de vacances pour prendre l'avion. Rien à dire, l'hôtel est correct, bon rapport qualité prix. Seul petit bémol, certaines chambres mériteraient d'être rénovées notamment la moquette de notre chambre pour cette fois-ci, mais sinon, il fait vraiment le job et 5 minutes de l'aéroport, restaurant sur place ou dans la zone avec un Italien et un Libanais excellents !"

"Beautiful Hotel, with the most helpful staff with excellent English. Delicious breakfast and also does an evening meal on the pretty terrace, perfect if you have travelled far and don’t want to venture too far, although they provided great recommendations nearby for our other nights. Our room in the tower was amazing, huge comfortable bed. If traveling to Bordeaux and want a superb place to stay Yndo is highly recommended "

"This is the most central location I have ever stayed in. So easy to pop back into the hotel during the day to drop off shopping, use the restroom, or just take a nap. Only steps from the tram line that comes in from the Bordeaux train station, the intercontinental hotel, Opera House and shopping streets."

"The staff in all areas were very attentive. Our room was interesting with a large tub taking up much of the floor space but other than that fantastic. Everything was clean. We enjoyed the turndown service getting fresh towels and minibar restock. Robes and slippers were nice. Breakfast about average for hotels of this class in France. Although they did offer champagne we didn’t see anyone drinking it at breakfast "
