"Everything we could have imagined and more. The view from our room was spectacular - Eiffel Tower felt like it was right there. Absolutely incredible. The rooftop was also fantastic with more incredible views. The front desk staff were so welcoming and helpful. I actually left my phone in the car that dropped us from the airport and the gentleman at the front desk was not only apologetic and genuinely concerned but also attempted to call the company and sent an email on my behalf. Phone found! We really appreciated all the thoughtful touches and design from the lobby to our room. Just perfect. They also recommended a great and reliable car service for you and from the airport. Highly recommend. Only wish we had longer to stay! Thank you and hope to return in the future. "

"The rooms are a bit small, but for Paris it's standard. Staff were very friendly and amenities good. The area of hotel is nice, clean, with many shops and cafes at every block."

"Room was clean, shower room was spotless. The in room safe was great and easy to use. The curtains were really good and kept the room dark in the morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful and even printed out concert tickets for us. We only had breakfast on the last morning but there was plenty of choice, hot and cold, it was good value for money. The only negative was that the beds were quite narrow and the mattress could have been a bit firmer but that is personal choice. The pillows and bedding were fresh and clean and beds were made daily."
