"We had booked a cozy room but I didnt realise it meant you couldn't get out of either side of the bed and had to shuffle to the bottom to get out. I have a heart condition so paid to upgrade. It wouldn't be an issue for most but I think should be clearer so people with health or mobility can decide. The rooms were clean but in the 4 nights we stayed the bins weren't emptied and tea/coffee weren't refilled. However, I have no doubt if asked would immediately have been done as the cleaning staff...

Centrally located in terms of easy access to good restaurants, tourist hubs, etc. and more importantly cabs are easily available to this location.
Buffet breakfast is very good too and pay and buy vending machine for basic requirements like water, light snacks, chocolates, etc is available in the hotel lobby.
Rooms are clean and staff is very helpful too"

"Was all good and very affordable!! Also easy to get to central and around Budapest as it’s so close to the metro. However, it’s actually a student accommodation as well which we didn’t know so it can be busy at times with students around, not a problem for us just an observation! Also, they only clean every 4 days and we were there for 3 nights so we had to request and pay for extra towels, and use only what was given to us in the room. Great stay though, staff are friendly and helpful!"

"Bisschen antiquiert ausgestattet in den Zimmern und auch die Aufzüge sind nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Alles in allem aber freundliches Personal, top Lage und Aussicht auf die Donau. Der Fitnessbereich ist zwar gut ausgestattet, aber bräuchte sehr dringend mal eine Generalüberholung mit neuen Geräten, denn Cardio- und Kraftgeräte sind sehr marodiert und dadurch kaum noch funktionsfähig."

"We had an amazing stay at Hotel Memories OldTown in Budapest!
From the moment we checked in, we felt welcomed. We were even offered refreshing lemonade upon arrival! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. One thing I really appreciated was how they would say, “Welcome back!” whenever we returned to the hotel after a day of sightseeing. It made the place feel so homey, like they genuinely knew and cared about their guests.
The location is great! Most of the major attractions are within...
