"My room door had such huge gap, I could see into the hallway! Placed towels in the gap so no one could see in. Bathroom vanity was hanging at an angle and my things kept sliding off and the drawers kept sliding open."

"False advertising We booked a suite that said it slept 7, so my family of 7 expected somewhere to sleep. When we got there we found 3 double beds. When we asked if there was a rollaway bed or a cot since there wasn't a pullout couch, or any couch, we were told that 3 people can sleep in bed. Then why not advertise the so called "suite" as a room for 9? My son slept on the floor for 2 days in a sleeping bag since we were refused any extra bedding."
