"This was my second year, staying at this property and the third for my boyfriend. We love this property so much that we decided to come back this year. The staff was always friendly. Our room was clean. Everything was open till late and the location you cannot beat. The only downside this year is we were placed in the tapa tower and the elevators are split in segments. Four elevators operate for the first set of rooms in the tower and the second set of elevators for the top half of the tower the elevators take forever and usually there is a long line all day, but other than this, our state was amazing. However, I definitely recommend this resort for anyone whether it’s your first time here in Waikiki or it’s your fifth year. The location is just so great. It’s close to everything and you have fireworks on Friday. Best seats in the house."

"Elevators were very slow and constantly down for repair (never had all 3 working at once), only 4 lounge chairs by the pool. Didn’t get a balcony room even though the pictures showed a proper balcony, some pictures didn’t match what the room looked like Staff was nice"

"We loved our view from the room. The bed was cozy, room was thoroughly clean. The hotel was in a perfect location. Restaurant and shopping options were great. The beach was located right across the hotel."
