"The staff is very kind and friendly! Upon check in our room keys did not work and the front desk gal gladly came out to replace the battery compartment. The room was outdated, but beds were comfortable, liked having two bathroom sinks and mirrors for getting multiple people ready at same time. Facility needs updating. The cafe was not open. The outdoor pool which we were looking forward to using and sunbathing by was closed during our stay which was a huge disappointment for Spring Break sunshine. Indoor pool was busy. Property is small but great location on the beach. "

"Super great staff and housekeeping was the sweetest! They were all so helpful and accommodating. Roach in shower the first night. 😵 Tiki bar was gone, that was disappointing, we were looking forward to it. "

"We loved our stay at Max Beach Resort. The view from every room was beautiful. The living room patio doors open all the way up making it fee like outdoor living. Parking was very easy. The location of the elevators in the building makes it a really quick trip from the room to everything from the beach to the rooftop terrace which was key for our trip with small children. Staff was lovely and helped immediately if we needed any assistance. The only con was that the kitchen could use more items (sheet pans, knives). We would stay again without question!"

"Pros: Convenient location, clean room, clean bathroom, AC kept room cool throughout the night and plenty of restaurants short during distance away. Cons: They really don’t allow you to check in early. Even if the rooms are ready. Our room wasn’t ready until 4:30pm. "
