Khách sạn Hayes

"Excellent accommodation in great location on the Derwent river. "

"Cheap and cheerful, very eclectic (which suits me). The staff were lovely and helpful. Microwave in the room was great so we could make good coffees in the morning."

"I was given the wrong room"

"Our stay was amazing in every way. The accommodations, food, entertainment, and everyone was exceptionally helpful and nice!"

"Awesome"

"Good shower and clean"

"Beautiful view in a very large old cottage. Lots of rooms with two bathrooms & comfortable beds & warm heating"

"Our room was very spacious, clean and modern. We didn’t like that our room window faced a wall. There must be only at most 3 feet between our window and the wall of the next building! However, the spaciousness of our room made up for it. We loved the afternoon complementary chocolate treats. Breakfast was decent but pricey."

"A great hotel close to everything in the City. The rooms are a good size and are new and clean. A good restaurant area, we didn't get a chance to try it out, but enjoyed sitting by the fire in the foyer. A great spot to stay if you want to be near all of the tourist attractions of the city. Nice views of the river and mountains from our corner room."

"Very friendly and helpful manager. Clean rooms and value for money"

"Room was basic and clean. Unfortunately I could not see how the breakfast and gym were as they open at 6:30am but my meeting began at 7am."

"Easy to do the late check-in, loved the location so close to the water, and used the on-site car park which made it easy with my rental car. Clean, comfortable and well maintained property. Could hear the street noise in the early morning. Overall a good experience and would stay again."

"Absolute scam – avoid Nightcap at Carlyle Hotel. Expedia must delist it. Booked through Expedia and paid several hundred dollars. Then came pre-check-in links that tried to charge me the full room rate again. Completely senseless. At check-in they demanded a $100 card deposit. Never properly disclosed. Normal hotels swipe for a $1 authorisation. Here they wanted a full hundred after I’d already paid. When I objected to this unreasonable demand the manager refused service and denied me the room....

"It was a lovely place to stay."

"Smooth check-in process, friendly and knowledgeable GSA’s. Clean and well appointed apartments, with great views of River Derwent. Well located, away from the busy streets of Downtown Hobart, but only a short 2.5km drive into CBD. Only issue we came across was the mattress, very firm, almost too hard to be comfortable."

"This is an older property, that shows its age. I stayed in a room that was part of the main tower building; the room was a nice size and clean. I really appreciated the fridge and microwave + dishes provided. The front receptionist was lovely and kind, I felt so lucky to be able to check in early which afforded me more time to explore. The motel is about a 10 minute bus from Hobart cbd but there are so many bus stops nearby and with the public transit being free it was dead east to get to town....
