It’s old and outdated a bit but it was clean great if your just traveling through or just wanting a place to shower and sleep.. WiFi worked but my service in my phone was better so I didn’t use it and the tv was basic as can be .. lake was within walking distance

The price was excellent and pretty clean overall, but the interior of room 4 was lacking. The ceiling fan in the bathroom was missing/opening exposed with tape over the light switch not to use it. There also was a musty smell in the room. The pillows were old and lumpy. Also, some normal preventative maintenance is not being accomplished. For example, there are plants/weeds growing in the gutters on that side of the motel. This means they are slap full with compacted soil because they have been neglected for years. It reminded me of the budget inns I used to stay in when I travelled for construction. That said, for the price that's about what you may expect. There was a nice outdoor seating area. The front staff was very friendly and helpful. The reception room has a lot of great travel info and brochures and it is more welcoming than the actual rooms. You can see the stars great here. Parking was nice and it was a quiet place to stay with my small family. The shower and water pressure were on point with a handy sprayer handle. Huddle House and Ingles are really close! With more TLC and some renovations this place could be great, but it won't be my first pick next time (definitely will stay on our radar).
