"Disgusting hotel, toilet unflushed when I got in to the room, they changed my room but to a ridiculously large room with 2 double beds which didn’t really solve anything. Even second room was unclean with hair in places. Gym is tiny and terrible. Sauna is awful. Area is horrible. Wouldn’t send my worst enemy here for a stay."

"I stayed here while having cancer treatment at a nearby hospital. The room was probably one of the best I've ever stayed in! It was a corner bedroom with great city views! Plenty of space for a wheelchair to move around, shower stool, I could have cried with happiness when I realised we had adjustable beds! They were fantastic, just what I needed. I asked where I could buy milk at the reception desk while checking in. The lovely member of staff disappeared for 30 seconds and reappeared with a litre carton for me. Honestly, it was a great hotel, the only downside was no support bars at the toilet in the room, meant I needed help to get on/off. But still 10/10 for value, cleanliness, amenities etc. This is simply a great hotel. I have already booked for next month!"

"Rooms were clean, staff on front desk very helpful and breakfast was excellent! Hotel is conveniently located opposite the train station. "

"Perfect. Sufficient for my requirements. Transport using the metro to Messe Frankfurt was brilliant. Directly from around the corner of Hotel to directly outside the Messe entrance. Staff were very helpful and went out of their way to provide a good service. Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable and quiet. Shower was good and clean. Breakfast was good quality and a good selection. No chef for making omelette etc but the scrambled egg option was fine. No supermarket nearby unless you take the metro to next stop(s) etc Parking is available on street for free if you can find space (though I did get away from parking where the sign says no parking for a night) Would stay here again."

"Hotel is good location and nice sized rooms just the check in staff are by far the most miserable people you’ll encounter. Barely an acknowledgment or any explanation of facilities. I’m silver Marriott Bonvoy and this is not the same welcome you get across their other hotels. Check in should not feel like an inconvenience for staff when it’s not busy?"
