"Staff on the front desk were lovely, but the registration process is rather laborious for a local person to have to give so much is is un nessesary , carpets were marked, but the size of rooms and comfort of bed were better than expected for the price paid"

"The hotel is very well placed close to the city centre and the staff were very welcoming on arrival. The rooms were clean and the bathroom had a lovely rain shower. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and all in all we had a great stay."

"Ok, so we upgraded the room which included the lounge - what’s to complain about, absolutely nothing, the lounge was fab, the room itself overall was ok and the breakfast was great too. But…the lifts, bent and battered doors, the middle lift shaking whilst going up and down and…sort the pillows out, this isn’t the 1st time, they flatten to nothing. We asked for harder pillows, on the 3rd ask late at night, we were given just 1. Feedback has been given on the 3 occasions we have stayed here."
