"Overall we enjoyed our stay. You are paying for the amenities (fire pits with smores, game room, beach access, pool) and the view (right on the beach). However the property is really run down. Room with lots of wear and tear, stains on protective sheets, paint peeling off the walls, and pool house ..."

"The view and proximity to Siletz Bay is tremendous..nothing fancy, our microwave wasn't plugged in, and was missing a knob, the shower head plate was loose, the light on the fan randomly came on..and no coffee in the lobby until 7 a.m, which makes it tough for fisherman..worth the price for sure, ..."
