"The breakfast was horrific, the sausages were the colour of flesh. The premade eggs were floppy cardboard, and the hashbrowns although Cook cooked looks like they were cut up mangoes. They had a sign that said the things they were out of, they had one waffle maker. The lineup was out the door of people waiting for it because everything else was so gross to eat. We specifically got a room that had a kitchen, due to dietary restrictions of one person in our family. The oven door didn't stay open,...

"We had to wait over 2.5 hours past check-in for our room because it was still being cleaned, and the front desk didn't even apologize. Once inside, the sofa bed was broken, hard to open, and very uncomfortable. Because of the poor service and bad maintenance, I would not recommend this place and will not return."

"The front of the property was dated but inviting. Our room was to the rear of the property and door to our room was unkempt and uninviting. The room itself was as pictured, however the tan and yellow colours were created from age old furnishings, rugs and drapery. The fragrance in the room was that of an age old smoking room. On the positive the sheets and pillowcases were clean, as was the room. Staff offered a different room which we looked at however we decided not to stay"
