"Property was clean, employees very friendly, breakfast had a good variety and was delicious. One thing to note, the rooms have air conditioning but The Squaire and halls in the hotel do not."

Auf dem Boden (Teppich) viele Haare von den Vorgängern. Bad war einigermaßen sauber. Es hat jedoch lange gedauert bis warmes Wasser kam. Frühstück ok, aber nichts weltbewegendes."

"Showed up at 11:30 pm right as the restaurant was closing because my train was late to a massive line at check in and very slow service. When I reached the front finally the person told me to wait as if I hadn’t already been doing that for 30 + min after a brutal travel day. She was very nice and helped me out to get checked in. "Although the room was clean and had comfortable beds. I did not expect to not see basic tea/coffee machine in the room. The breakfast was poor with no choice of any hot food, just yogurt, bread, some deli and drinks. The shuttle dropped off at the nearest bus stop which means you have to walk with luggage about 2 minutes which is okay, but with a little kid it was not very comfortable for me holding 3 suitcases and a child. Next time, I would find another property."

"Stayed here for a layover in Frankfurt. The airport shuttle was super convenient. Messaged the hotel for directions and they promptly provided all details required to get to the shuttle area from my terminal. The restaurant was open until 11pm and food was delicious and reasonably priced. Hotel room was clean and spacious. Opted for breakfast in the morning, it was a buffet style and they have an espresso machine! Checkout is early at 10am. Had cleaning staff knock on the door around 9:40 that...

"The air conditioning didn’t work in the room. Front desk said to wait an hour “because the ac takes that long to work”before they would send someone to check. It was already past 10:00pm."

"In your ad you state that there is an airport shuttle “which is a rare find”. That is the reason I booked at this hotel. Only to find out when we arrived that there is not one. You should remove it from your listing as that is false!!"

"Das Zimmer war neu saniert und sehr sauber. Super Lage - im Süden - Nachteil sehr warm und keine Klimaanlage - daher etwas hot in der Nacht. Kostenlose Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden, was mit der Buchungsgrund war und auch das kostenlose Frühstück, welches jetzt nicht so erwähnenswert ist, aber für mich war es ausreichend, um in den Tag zu starten. Alles in Allem würde ich es für eine Nacht wieder buchen."
