"Good hotel, but TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM EXPEDIA! The hotel is worthy of its high ratings, but Expedia didn't bother to warn that it is unstaffed, and presumes a reasonable comprehension of written German. "The overall value was excellent. The room was clean, roomy and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. The AC was needed in the heat wave. We checked in after hours and the key card was in a lock box with a code they sent us. We parked out front of the building, which was convenient and the first time we did not have pay for parking on our trip in Germany. Overall great stay!!"
