"Jim and I arrived. I found the staff to be very pleasant and accommodating. From the beginning to the end, they bent over backwards to help me with my needs. They held my luggage when I checked out so I can go to a meeting and I came back and picked it up later. When I returned, they offered me flavored water and candies while I waited in the lobby. The room was very comfortable and the shower was large and relaxing. My only complaint would be that the pillows are a little hard for my liking but other than that no complaints."
