"What a lovely little hotel nestled in the foothills of the Heidelberg Palace and steps away from historic sites & the best shops and restaurants! The hotel staff (Jasmine) was among the most welcoming to encounter and truly attentive to insuring guests had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The breakfast was abundant and of appealing variety. The room was comfortable with a wonderful rooftop balcony having a panoramic view of the charming old town area. Reasonably priced, convenient location...

"Great breakfast variety in a very nice breakfast room. Hotel was in a great location, walkable to everything, close to the river and castle. Our room was a little noisy as it faced the street, but didn’t keep me awake. "

"From the moment we arrived at Staycity Apart, the staff were welcoming, helpful, organised and supportive. We arrived earlier than scheduled and they moved us into a double room which was prepared, so thank you for being supportive. The room, had everything you need, inclusive of a small kitchen, it was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bus/ tram connection was conveniently located outside the hotel, and the connections to the Altstadt, were quick and efficient."

"Ett flott hotell, rent og stilfullt.plassert sentralt ved inngangen av gågaten. Eneste vi har å utsette er på frokosten €18 pr person men ikke vert pengene, da er det bedre å kjøpe dette ute i gata."

"It was a great location ( 15 min walk from train station and another 15 to old town). The rooms were clean, spacious, coffee maker and fridge, the breakfast buffet had a nice variety of choices, and the staff were friendly!"
