"What a unique and interesting property with an amazing Staff. One Person in particular, I believe her name was Leonia, went over and above to help us in any way possible . She was extremely caring and even made us food baskets for our early morning flight as we had to leave the hotel before breakfast time. We stayed in the tower and had amazing mountains and lake view. "Sjarmerende lite hotell i en rolig sidegate i Bad Ragaz. Rommene er av eldre dato, men det er rent og det er gode senger. Uteområdet er koselig, perfekt å sitte med en kopp kaffe og nyte utsikten. Frokosten hadde godt utvalg av frisk frukt, grønnsaker og hva du måtte ønske. Hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake en annen gang, og anbefaler hotellet videre til andre. Vorweg: Aussicht top: Dann hört es leider aber auch gleich. Preise eher genug. Beim Abendessen die vegetarische Auswahl de facto inexistent. Frühstück gab es eine Art Käse (Hobelkäse), Assugrin gibt es nicht, oder sie wissen nicht, was es ist (vielleicht eine sprachliche Barriere), sie haben Sinalco zero. Beim Check-in muss man selber online einchecke mit Dokumenten-Nummer. Das wäre noch einigermassen okay…. mich ignorieren, aber meinen Partner wie einen König behandeln finde ich...
"Accueil très chaleureux par la patronne. HOTEL familial perdu au fond d’une vallée. Style ancien mais très propre, pratique fonctionnelle, fonctionnel, grandes chambres. HOTEL à 1000 mètres d altitude. Repas possible sur place, dernière commande à 19h30, carte limitée mais correcte à prix suisses par contre….petit déjeuner correct avec Ovomaltine et surtout machine à café Jura topissime. On recommande, bon rapport qualité prix en Suisse."
"Lovely hotel just few minute walk to the lake and restaurants. The room was big and the beds were good enough. The check-in process was easy but we faced issues with checkout. Had to contact Expedia. They couldn’t help us. Called the number printed next to the machine and after few trials were able to check out over the phone. "
