"Stayed here prior to a cruise. A friendly shuttle driver picked us up at the airport. The gal at the front desk was very courteous checking us in. The king size bed was comfortable. Carpet clean. Nice towels. Very quiet. Also hotel will shuttle u to cruise terminal 20$ US cash per person."

"We actually stayed at the Crown Plaza Hotel since the HI Express was closed for renovations. The front desk clerk helped us find a Saturday evening mass and arranged taxi transportation to and from church. She was very persistent in making sure we were taken care of!"
