Shuttle service was irregular, we waited a half hour for it after calling twice. Elevator was useless as house keeping vlogged up the only one that was working. No one at the front desk for check out at 7:30. Just sat on sharp buckle in the shuttle bus and tore my pants... worst stay everr at a branded hotel.

Close to airport, but airport shuttle service is horrible having me wait for more than half an hour while all the other hotels and motels shuttles came and gone 2-3 times . The driver when he finally showed up had bad attitude and would not lift my luggage to our inside the van and asked me to do it myself. Very rude driver

When we arrived there was a food truck blocklng the door we had to park away from the door to bring our bags in there were parking spaces for chheck in but staff were using them the lady that che ked us in was rude to my huband beccause he asked her to repeat something they need another place to unload food or they need to keep the parking spaces open in front for check in
