"I like a simple, somewhat spartan room. My bed was comfortable and I could recharge my phone and fitbit. Shared bathrooms are not for everybody but they provided a nice robe for trips to and from and the showers were fine. Had fun with the staff at breakfast. "

"the hotel is good but a bit pricy. very clean and tidy, smells nice. no shops around is a downside of it, as not everyone would want to have a dinner at the hotel. surrounding looks great, like in a fairy. we loved our stay at this hotel. thank you"

"The stay was great at the Mercure Belfort. Just a one night stopover but it was very good. Staff were very helpful and the room was lovely. Ate in the bar/restaurant connected to the hotel, this was all deck out for Halloween and was quite buzzing busy. Never the less we got a table and the food was good. We also charged the car overnight and the charger was good, perfect for overnight charge. Would definitely stay again."

"The front desk staff were really friendly and polite, special thanks to Raphael. We could leave our bags in holding, since we arrived too early for check-in. The room was small but clean and comfortable. We had a good night of sleep in the cosy and warm room."

"Hotel ultra-modern - e.g. elevators can only take you to your own floor- detected by card key. We have junior suite, which is extremely nice. Bathroom has 2 vanities, shower and toilet separate. Large, comfortable, and thermostat works. 8'th floor (room 806) with great view. Parking under hotel - spaces plenty wide but aisles very narrow - hard to park. Dinner in hotel bistro was good, but like Switzerland, expensive compared to France. Hotel windows have automatic shutters that come down...

"L’hôtel est relativement récent. Installation très propres, confortable. Élément pratique, les prises de courant sont adaptées pour brancher le téléphone et la tablette. L’hôtel est bien situé pour accéder à Bâle, 15 minutes en voiture du centre. Mais il est possible de prendre le bus ou le tram pour s’y rendre. Le transport est à 15 minutes de marche. Personnel très accueillant. Merci"
