Hotel is extremely dirty. It starts from the hallways all the way to the room. Bathroom was filty. There was no warm water after 10p.m.

Smelly and dirty sauna

The drain smell in sauna was incredible. After posting a note of that I got a quick reply. But then - just nothing. No notice at the check-out, no info if they actually did anything to it or not. Even thinking of the condition of sauna makes me still sick..

Reste med min syster torsdag-lördag , vi är väldigt nöjda med vistelsen där . Fina promenadstigar , tyst och rofyllt. Trevligt i spaavdelningen ,hade ju kunnat vara lite större med en speciell del för barn . Nu blev det svårt att simma runt . Rummet var okej , med bra sängar och rent . Ända som störde var ljudet från ac:n. Trevligt bemötande av all personal.

Himan kulahtanut huone mutta siisti. Ravintolan kaikki pöydät ovat tahmeita. Ei likaisia mutta lakka on muodostanut tahmean ja epämiellyttävän pinnan.

Vastaanotto oli irvikuva palvelukulttuurista: hidas, töykeä, tietämätön ja joustamaton. Ravintola oli vaatimaton, mutta hidas ja kallis. Aamiaisella ei saanut niinkin erikoista juomaa kuin appelsiinimehua edes tilaamalla. Huoneen hanoista tuli vain kylmää vettä koko aamun (henkilökunta ei osannut muuta kuin väittää, että kyllä sieltä olisi pitänyt tulla). Kylpyhuone haisi virtsalta niin kuin sitä ei olisi koskaan pesty. Kapea vuode ja huono patja - nukkuja oli putoamaisillaan koko ajan. Autiossa aulakioskissa oli tyhjänpuoleiset hyllyt, omituinen valikoima ja itsepalvelukassat (!). Kokonaisuudessaan ällistyttävä palvelukokonaisuus: miten tämä voi kelvata asiakkaille pidemmän päälle?

Liikaa ihmisiä, liian vähän henkilökuntaa erityisesti aamulla. Aamupalalla piti ensin itse siivota ja pyyhkiä pöytä ennen kuin pääsi syömään. Aika sotkuista siellä täällä, pölyistä, mähmäistä ja paljon sormenjälkiä Kylpylässä sen sijaan todella hyvät löylyt, erityisesti ”savusaunassa”. Huoneessa ei valittamista

Keskiverto paikka

Huone likainen ja haisi oudolle. Sisäänkirjautuminen kesti todella pitkään, koska paljon asiakkaita tuli samaan aikaan ja asiakaspalvelijoita vain kaksi. Kylpylä aukeaa arkisin vasta klo 10 joten seuraavana päivänä kauhea kiire jos haluaa käydä uimassa ennen uloskirjautumista.

Henkilökunta todella mukavaa ja avuliasta. Ruoka-aineallergioissa oltiin heti valmiita auttamaan ja selvittämään. Huoneet perusluokkaa ja siistit. Ainut miinus aulan ravintolatila kivan avoin, mutta kauikua avoimuudesta johtuen paljon. Päivällisbuffetin lasten osuus sisälsi tasan ranskalaiset ja nakit. Kylpylä oli lasten kanssa todella kiva!

Huoneet ja yöpyminen ok. Ravintolapalvelu on sitten heikkoa. Ja ei aamiainenkaan ollut mikään ihmeellinen. Jotenkin myös huvittavaa, että kun varaat huoneen ja kylpylän, niin silti pitää vielä erikseen maksaa aamutossuista ja kylpytakista. Luulisi kuuluvan hintaan. Samoin otettu käyttöön isojen kaupunkien tapa rahastaa pysäköinnillä, vaikka paikka on syrjässä ja ulkona. Ymmärtäisin, jos pysäköinti olisi hallissa.

Erittäin tyytyväinen asiakas

En ole koskaan yöpynyt missään missä huoneet ovat olleet niin siistejä. Vaikka miten katsoin joka soppeen ja nurkkaan niin ei pölynhiukkasta. Samoin oli allasosastolla. Suihkut, wc, siis aivan kaikki tilat todella puhtaat jopa kaakelin välit. Suurena miinuksena pidän ravintolan pöytiä joiden lakkapinta on mennyt tahmeaksi ja antaa likaisen olon, on kuin pöytiä ei olisi pyyhitty kunnolla. Ruoka oli hyvää. 15.6 ollut kokki oli selkeästi pizza kokki ei perehtynyt miten lihaa käsitellään. 13 ja 14 iltana oli kokki joka hallitsi kaiken ja hänen käsissä hiiligrilli pihvi oli suussa sulava. Vaihdoin aikanaan pois Holiday clubilta koska Suomessa sekoiltiin varauksissa ja henkilökuntan epäystävällisiä, olin silloin kantaasiakas ja matkustin ympäri maailmaa. Vaihdoin Cumulukseen missä kaikki sujui hyvin, mutta tämän käynnin perusteella olen valmis tulemaan kokeilemaan muitakin Holidayn hotelleita. Jos ovat yhtä tasokkaita kuin Vierumäki niin näette minut ja muun kokousväen hotelleissanne. Meitä oli Lahdessa vaatimattomat 1400 henkeä + media.
